Pay as the practitioner or email a secure Stripe payment link to the patient. Review the cost before proceeding.

We prepare the order
After payment, the prescription moves to dispensing, labeling and packaging.

Deliver and follow up
Send it to the patient or your clinic. Your saved prescription is there when it is time to follow up.

- Choose shipment to the patient's home, or to your clinic for collection. The delivery destination stays with the order.

Before your first order
A few practical questions.
Is this a public pharmacy?
No. The platform is for licensed practitioners only and does not operate as a public or retail pharmacy.
Does the safety review replace clinical judgment?
No. The prescription review and TCM Assist are automated aids, not clinical approval. They can miss concerns or give incorrect suggestions. The practitioner must check the formula, doses, contraindications and suitability before prescribing.
Who can use TCM Assist, and is it required?
TCM Assist is optional. Registered practitioners with a confirmed email can access the trial after manual qualification approval and enabled access. You choose when to activate your 14-day trial. You can still write and submit prescriptions without using AI.
Does TCM Assist save patient information?
Use de-identified case notes only. The current floating assistant does not save case text or generated suggestions in our application database or create a patient profile. Notes are sent to OpenAI for processing; provider retention is separate. Account-linked usage records are retained. Prescriptions you submit are separate saved records. Will the AI trial charge me when I reach a limit?
No. Daily, trial and service-wide budget limits can pause generation, but do not trigger extra charges. The current trial has no card requirement or automatic renewal. Paid AI plans and referral rewards are not currently available. Prescription and dispensing charges are separate.
Can patients pay online?
Yes. Practitioners can send a secure payment link by email. Once payment is complete, dispensing can begin.
Do you support next-day delivery in the Greater Toronto Area?
Next-day delivery is available within the Greater Toronto Area in most cases. Timelines may change because of weather, carrier delays, temporary herb shortages, or circumstances outside our control.
What happens if an herb is unavailable?
We make reasonable efforts to replenish inventory or identify appropriate options. Practitioners may be contacted to confirm substitutions or timing changes before dispensing.
Can label wording be customized?
Yes. Labels can be standardized for clinic policies and updated to match your preferred professional wording.
