These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TCM Prescription Platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Canadian TCM herbal prescription fulfillment for registered practitioners, supporting customized granule formulas, secure patient payment, professional labels, and dispensing workflow. Not a public or retail pharmacy.

1. Eligibility and Practitioner Use

The Platform is intended for use only by licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioners or other authorized healthcare professionals, as permitted under applicable laws and regulations in Ontario, Canada.

2. Nature of the Service

TCM Prescription Platform is a prescription management and dispensing workflow platform. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

3. No Therapeutic Claims

Herbal products are dispensed strictly based on practitioner prescriptions. No therapeutic, medical, or curative claims are made or implied.

4. Practitioner Responsibility

All clinical decisions, including prescription content, herb selection, dosage, directions, substitutions, and modifications, remain the sole responsibility of the prescribing practitioner.

5. Product Standards and Compliance

Herbal products dispensed through the Platform are provided as concentrated granules where applicable and are associated with valid Natural Product Numbers (NPNs) in accordance with Canadian regulations.

6. Availability and Substitutions

If a prescribed herb is temporarily unavailable, reasonable efforts will be made to source it or replenish inventory. Practitioners may be contacted to confirm substitutions or timing adjustments prior to dispensing.

7. Delivery and Shipping

Next-day delivery within the Greater Toronto Area may be available in most cases but is not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCM Prescription Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
